         How do I order from BeadyBeader?

         It's simple to order through Paypal by clicking on the 'Add to Cart' buttons next to each item.

         Alternatively, I accept cheques and postal orders. Please email me with your order.

         Can any of the products be made in a different colour or sizes?

         Yes definitely, I have already made some of the items on here in different colours as requested.

         Also, if you see anything that you'd like as a set, I'd be happy to make the corresponding bracelet/necklace etc.

         How much do you charge for postage & packaging?

         I charge a flat rate of £1.50 for orders under £25 and £3.00 for anything above that.

         Please note these are UK postage costs and delivery to anywhere outside the UK may cost more.  

         Orders over £25 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK.

         How long will it take for my order to arrive?

         I make items on demand so I will be able to despatch your order within approx 5 days.

         It may take longer if I don't have the beads required but I'll be able to confirm that on order.

         Please also let me know if you need something within 5 days as I may still be able to get them to you.
